PLOUCSTOWN is more than a simulation. It is a city built by citizens who help each other grow.

Every citizen who joins the city becomes part of a community founded on trust, contribution, cooperation, and respect.

Before participating in the life of the city, every citizen is invited to understand and accept the principles that guide PLOUCSTOWN.

Why the City Exists

The purpose of PLOUCSTOWN is not simply to accumulate wealth.

Citizens are encouraged to:

• contribute to the community;

• help other citizens succeed;

• develop projects and initiatives;

• participate in civic life;

2. The Rules of Ploucstown

Rule 1 — Respect Every Citizen

Harassment, personal attacks, discrimination, threats, or abusive behavior are prohibited.

Disagreements are welcome. Disrespect is not.

Rule 2 — Participate in Good Faith

Citizens must not intentionally deceive, manipulate, exploit, or disrupt the community.

Projects, discussions, proposals, and initiatives should be conducted honestly and responsibly.

Rule 3 — Keep the City Safe

Content promoting violence, hatred, illegal activities, exploitation, or harmful behavior is prohibited.

Rule 4 — Use Community Spaces Responsibly

The Town Board and other public spaces exist for:

• ideas;

• projects;

• questions;

• discussions;

• citizen stories;

• collaboration.

Spam, excessive self-promotion, repetitive posting, or disruptive content may be removed.

Rule 5 — Respect the Trust System

Trust Capital, Reputation, Community Scores, and civic privileges must be earned through genuine participation. Attempts to manipulate these systems may result in penalties.

Rule 6 — Respect Privacy

Citizens should avoid sharing sensitive personal information about themselves or others.

When sharing experiences, fictionalized storytelling through avatars is encouraged.

Rule 7 — Follow Moderator Decisions

Moderators and city administrators may take action when necessary to protect the community.

Actions may include:

• content removal;

• warnings;

• temporary restrictions;

• suspension of citizenship.

Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the city.

3. How It Works Exactly

Your Journey as a Citizen

1. Join the City

Start by creating an account using your email address. As soon as you register, you gain access to your personal dashboard and officially become a citizen of PLOUCSTOWN.

2. Create Your Citizen Avatar

Create your avatar and choose any nickname you would like. Your avatar becomes your identity inside PLOUCSTOWN. You may modify your avatar at any time. Whether you change your silhouette, hairstyle, gender, nickname, or any other characteristic, your account, Trust Capital, Community Score, and activity history will remain attached to your email account. PLOUCSTOWN only requires an email address to create an account. We never require citizens to provide their real names. If you wish to protect your privacy, you are free to be whoever you want inside the city. There are no public profiles requiring personal information. Your avatar is simply the person you choose to be while interacting with other citizens.

3. Start Building Your Community Score and Trust Capital

When you access your dashboard, you will find many ways to begin your journey:

The main objective in PLOUCSTOWN is to earn Trust Capital.

Before unlocking many financial opportunities within the city, citizens are encouraged to build their reputation through participation, contribution, and interaction with others.

This is why places such as the People's House and the Town Board exist. They allow citizens to exchange ideas, ask questions, offer advice, and support one another.

As you interact with citizens you enjoy spending time with, you can add them to your Ploucstown Crew.

Every citizen begins the game with a home and a small group of friends who can be contacted at any time. You will also find events and activities already scheduled with them.

As your journey progresses, you will meet more citizens, participate in more discussions, and become more involved in the life of the city.

Helping others, offering useful advice, and contributing positively to conversations will increase your Community Score and Trust Capital.

4. Participate in Community Judgments

The Court of PLOUCSTOWN is unlike a traditional court.

There is no crime in PLOUCSTOWN. We are proud to say that crime simply does not exist here.

Instead, the Court gathers thoughtful citizens who serve on juries to help other citizens make important decisions.

If you have a complex, highly technical, or sensitive question that you would rather not discuss publicly on the Town Board, you may submit it to the Court for judgment.

Citizens may also apply to become jurors and help others by participating in the decision-making process.

Serving on a jury is another way to contribute to the community and earn Trust Capital.

5. Unlock Opportunities and Begin Your Legacy

Through participation, contribution, discussion, and community involvement, you will gradually unlock new opportunities.

Once these opportunities become available, you can launch projects, develop initiatives, acquire assets, build influence, and create your own story within PLOUCSTOWN.
